Cancellation Policy

These condensed terms highlight the provisions most important to a customer completing an online reservation with Crown Mobility Group (“CMG”). They are intended to be accepted together with the Reservation Confirmation. The complete CMG Customer Rental Agreement, Terms & Company Policies contains additional provisions and should be made available by hyperlink at checkout. If a Reservation Confirmation contains a specific term that differs from these standard terms, the Reservation Confirmation controls for that Reservation. 1. RESERVATION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY A reservation is confirmed only after CMG accepts the booking, receives the required Initial Deposit unless alternative terms are approved, receives required acknowledgments, and issues a Reservation Confirmation. Online availability, quotes, and reservation requests do not by themselves guarantee service. The person making the reservation (“Primary Customer”) must be at least 18 years old, have legal authority to enter the agreement, provide accurate contact, itinerary, pickup/drop-off, passenger-count, and service information, and review the Reservation Confirmation for errors. The Primary Customer is responsible for communicating applicable vehicle and conduct rules to all Guests and may be financially responsible for authorized charges caused by Guests. Changes to the date, time, duration, route, stops, passenger count, vehicle, staffing, technology, or other material reservation details require CMG approval and may change the price. 2. DEPOSITS, BALANCE & SECURITY DEPOSIT The standard Initial Deposit is $500. The Initial Deposit is applied toward the total Reservation Cost and, when a Security Deposit is required, may satisfy all or part of that Security Deposit. The standard Security Deposit, when applicable, is 20% of the total Reservation Cost or $500, whichever is less. CMG generally does not require more than $500 as a Security Deposit. Unless CMG approves different terms in writing, the remaining Reservation Balance is due seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled Reservation. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation and release of reserved resources.
