CMG may collect contact, Reservation, payment, location, device, website, communication, and authorized media information reasonably necessary to operate and provide services.

13.2 Use

Information may be used to process Reservations and payments, communicate with Customers, provide support, improve operations, prevent fraud, investigate incidents, comply with law, and conduct legitimate business administration.

13.3 Information Sharing

CMG does not sell Customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, insurers, professional advisors, authorities, or others when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.

13.4 Security

CMG uses commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

13.5 Retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for Reservations, records, disputes, taxes, insurance, legal obligations, and legitimate operations.

13.6 Privacy Rights

Customers may exercise applicable access, correction, deletion, disclosure, opt-out, and other privacy rights provided by law, subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions.

13.7 Marketing

Optional promotional communications may be declined. Transactional communications necessary for active Reservations may continue.

13.8 Cookies & Digital Technologies

CMG online services may use cookies, analytics, session identifiers, preference storage, performance monitoring, and security technologies.

13.9 Children

CMG online services are not directed to children under thirteen. Information concerning minors may be processed when reasonably necessary for transportation arranged by an authorized adult or organization.

13.10 Data Incidents

CMG will investigate unauthorized access and provide legally required notifications.

PRIVACY, RECORDING & MEDIA RIGHTS

11.1 Operational Monitoring

CMG Vehicles may use interior/exterior cameras, GPS, telemetry, equipment monitoring, network monitoring, diagnostics, and similar systems for safety, security, operations, and asset protection.

11.2 Notice

Operational video or audio recording may occur where permitted by law. CMG will provide notices or obtain consent where legally required, particularly for audio recording.

11.3 Event Recording

Professional Event Recording is optional and limited to the purchased scope.

11.4 Livestreaming

CMG will not intentionally livestream a private event unless requested or authorized by the Primary Customer.

11.5 Promotional Use

CMG will not use private-Reservation photographs, video, recordings, testimonials, or similar media for advertising or marketing without appropriate Customer consent.

11.6 Customer Media

Customers may create personal media provided doing so does not interfere with safety, violate law, or unlawfully infringe the rights of others.

11.7 Ownership

Customers own purchased event deliverables and their own content, subject to any third-party rights. CMG retains operational/security recordings, telemetry, internal records, and proprietary production systems.

11.8 Retention & Requests

CMG may retain operational recordings for safety, insurance, legal, regulatory, training, or risk-management purposes. Disclosure may be limited except where required or authorized by law.

11.9 Legal Requests

CMG may preserve or disclose records in response to valid legal process or when otherwise required by law.
