Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: August 19, 2026

Crown Mobility Group ("CMG") is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive online experience for all customers, including individuals with disabilities.

We believe everyone should be able to access information about our transportation, event, hospitality, and related services and use our website to communicate with us and make reservations.

Our Commitment

CMG is working to make our website accessible to the broadest possible audience and to improve its usability for people with different abilities and assistive technology needs.

Our accessibility efforts are informed by generally recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

As our website, technology, and services evolve, we intend to continue reviewing and improving accessibility where reasonably possible.

Accessibility Features

Depending on the page and functionality being used, our website may incorporate accessibility features and practices such as:

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation;

  • Alternative text for meaningful images;

  • Clear headings and page organization;

  • Readable text and appropriate visual contrast;

  • Descriptive links and buttons;

  • Accessible online forms;

  • Compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies;

  • Captions or alternative formats for certain multimedia content where appropriate; and

  • Responsive layouts designed for different screen sizes and devices.

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

CMG periodically reviews its website and may make updates to improve accessibility, usability, compatibility, and the overall customer experience.

Because our website may contain changing content, third-party integrations, reservation systems, maps, payment tools, videos, social media content, or other externally provided technology, some portions of the website may not always provide the same level of accessibility.

We welcome feedback when customers encounter accessibility barriers.

Need Assistance?

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the CMG website, completing an online reservation, reviewing information, or using a website feature, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, service, or assistance you need through an accessible alternative method.

When contacting us about an accessibility issue, please provide, if possible:

  • The webpage or feature you were attempting to use;

  • A brief description of the difficulty you experienced;

  • The type of device or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable providing that information; and

  • Your preferred method for us to contact you.

Providing this information is optional, but it may help us identify and address the issue more effectively.

Reservations & Customer Service

If an accessibility issue prevents you from completing a reservation through our website, please contact CMG directly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with obtaining information, requesting a quote, completing a reservation, or accessing other CMG services through an alternative method.

Customers will not be charged an additional fee solely because accessibility assistance is needed to complete a reservation through an alternative method.

Transportation Accessibility

Website accessibility and transportation accessibility are separate matters.

Customers who require an accommodation related to transportation or participation in a CMG experience are encouraged to inform us when making a reservation so that we can understand the request and determine how we can reasonably accommodate it.

CMG will address accessibility and accommodation requests in accordance with applicable law and the capabilities and requirements of the particular service being requested.

Third-Party Content

Certain features of our website may be provided by third parties. Examples may include payment processing, maps, reservation technology, social media, video, or other external services.

Although CMG does not control the accessibility of every third-party platform, we encourage our technology partners and service providers to provide accessible experiences.

If you encounter an accessibility problem involving a third-party feature used through our website, please let us know so that we can evaluate available alternatives.

Feedback

We welcome comments and suggestions regarding the accessibility of our website.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or believe there is an opportunity for us to improve the online experience, please contact Crown Mobility Group through the contact information provided on our website.

We take accessibility feedback seriously and will make reasonable efforts to review and address accessibility concerns.
