CMG offers one of the most luxurious and technically advanced motor coaches in California. The coach features a state of the art sound system, onboard wifi, karaoke, bathroom, cable television and streaming services, monitors and computer for presentations and promotional material viewing, teleconferencing, full bar services with onboard refrigerator, undercarriage luggage compartment, black out curtains for complete privacy, as well as limo style seating for 30 passengers. With all of these capabilities the CMG motor coach can also be used as a pure event space. Additionally, with each rental CMG offers add-on services so all of your needs can be taken care of in one reservation. This is what truly separates us from any other transportation company. These add-ons are broken down into three categories: Staff add-ons, Experience add-ons, and Drink add-ons. Staff add-ons include bartenders, executive security services, hostess and entertainment services, as well as concierge, laborers, luggage support services, decorator, and our one of a kind remote live DJ. Experience add-ons include event concierge, video conferencing access, karaoke machine access, music video playlist, personalized visual displays, the ability to stream your event, and finally the ability to record your event. For drink add-ons we offer an unlimited non-alcohol drink package for you and your guests as well as a service to help you coordinate whatever alcohol beverages you would like available at the time of your event. This keeps you from having to go to the store and wasting valuable set up time. No matter what your needs or budget are this allows for you to curate the experience that you want.
Cancellation Policy
These condensed terms highlight the provisions most important to a customer completing an online reservation with Crown Mobility Group (“CMG”). They are intended to be accepted together with the Reservation Confirmation. The complete CMG Customer Rental Agreement, Terms & Company Policies contains additional provisions and should be made available by hyperlink at checkout. If a Reservation Confirmation contains a specific term that differs from these standard terms, the Reservation Confirmation controls for that Reservation. COACH TIME, OVERTIME & STAFFING The standard coach rate is $400 per hour unless the Reservation Confirmation states otherwise. Coach overtime begins immediately after the scheduled end time and is billed at $500 per hour in 30-minute increments. Each commenced 30-minute overtime increment is $250. Staff positions have a four-hour minimum. The minimum equals four times the applicable hourly rate. After four hours, Customer billing occurs in one-hour increments. Time exceeding eight total service hours is billed at 1.5 times the applicable hourly rate. Standard hourly staff rates are: Security $100; Hostess $75; Bartender $75; Promotional Model $100; General Laborer $50; Remote DJ $88; Photographer $100; Videographer $100. 5. TECHNOLOGY & OPTIONAL SERVICES Standard technology/service rates are: Livestream $100 for the first hour plus $30 for each additional hour; Event Recording $250 flat fee; Video Conferencing $50 flat fee; Karaoke $50 flat fee; Event Concierge $50 flat fee; Personalized Display $25 flat fee; Premium Internet $20 per hour. Livestreaming and Event Recording are separate services. Internet, livestreaming, remote DJ, video conferencing, live TV, and other connected services depend partly on cellular, satellite, internet, software, and third-party systems. CMG will make reasonable efforts to provide purchased technology services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or compatibility with every Customer device. Customers may connect approved external media devices such as laptops or game systems when compatible. Customers and Guests may not reconfigure, tamper with, or access administrative controls for CMG technology.
